Refund policy
1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns Without Cause)
The Consumer (Buyer) has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without paying any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the product/service.

Start of Period: The withdrawal period starts on the day the product is delivered; or in the case of a single order delivered in separate parts, the day the last product is delivered.

Notification: To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be made to us via e-mail ([Your Support Email Address]), telephone ([Your Support Phone Number]), or the return request form on our website, within this 14-day period.

Return Shipment: The product must be sent back to us within 10 (ten) days following the date the notification of withdrawal is made.

Shipping Cost: In returns made under the right of withdrawal, the return shipping cost will be borne by [Suzix.com / Us] if the product is sent with our contracted courier company. Shipping costs for returns made with other courier companies may be borne by the Buyer.
2. Return Conditions
Returned products must meet the following conditions:

The product must be returned completely with its original box, packaging, standard accessories (if any), other documents sent with the product, and the invoice.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and must not have lost its resalability feature. The packaging, labels, and protective tapes of the product must be intact.

If there is a depreciation due to use, this loss may be deducted from the refundable amount.
3. Products Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal
According to the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

Contracts for goods or services whose prices are dependent on fluctuations in financial markets and are outside the control of the seller or provider.

Contracts for goods prepared in accordance with the consumer's wishes or personal needs (custom-made products).

Contracts for the delivery of goods that are likely to perish or expire quickly.

Contracts for the delivery of goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery, and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons (e.g., cosmetics, underwear, swimwear, etc.).

Contracts for goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by nature.

Contracts regarding audio or visual recordings, digital content, and computer consumables if the package is opened after delivery.

Contracts for the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, other than those provided under a subscription agreement.

Contracts regarding accommodation, goods transportation, car rental, food and beverage supply, and leisure activities that must be performed on a specific date or period.

Contracts for services performed instantly in the electronic environment and non-material goods delivered instantly to the consumer.

Contracts for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the expiry of the right of withdrawal period.
4. Defective / Faulty Product Returns and Exchange
You have the right to return or exchange products that are damaged, defective, or faulty upon delivery. In this case, you must contact us immediately from the date you received the product.

The product will be examined within the legal warranty period, and if found to be defective, you may exercise one of the following rights: refund of the price, free repair, replacement with a non-defective equivalent, or a price reduction commensurate with the defect.

5. Refund Process
After the returned product reaches us and its compliance with the return conditions is checked:

An email confirming the approval of the return process will be sent to you.

The price of the product will be refunded within the legal period of 14 (fourteen) days using the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

Refunds made to a credit card may take 2-10 business days to be reflected in your account by your bank, depending on banking procedures. Suzix.com has no authority to intervene in this period.
