At suzix.com, we work diligently to ensure your orders reach you as quickly and safely as possible. You can find all the details regarding our shipping and delivery processes below.
1. Processing and Dispatch Time

Orders placed before 14:00 (GMT+3) on weekdays (Monday - Friday) will be prepared and delivered to our contracted courier company within 2 (two) business days, unless otherwise stated.

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed starting from the first following business day.

Once your order is dispatched, an informative e-mail and/or SMS containing your tracking number will be sent to you. You can track the status of your shipment in real-time on the courier company’s website using this tracking number.
2. Domestic Deliveries (Within Türkiye)

All deliveries within Türkiye are carried out by our contracted courier, Yurtiçi Kargo.

FREE SHIPPING is provided for all purchases made within Türkiye, regardless of the order amount.

Once dispatched, your order will typically reach you within 1-4 business days, depending on your delivery address. Delays may occur due to force majeure or high seasonal volume at the courier company.
3. International Deliveries (Outside Türkiye)

A flat shipping fee is applied to all international shipments.

The shipping fee for all international orders is 2,500 ₺. This fee is independent of the order total.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination country’s location and customs procedures. For more detailed information regarding estimated delivery times, please contact us.

Important Note: Any customs duties, taxes, fees, and additional charges that may occur on international orders are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. suzix.com is not responsible for these costs.
4. General Information

If you notice any damage (tears, crushed box, wetness, etc.) to the package upon delivery, please request a damage assessment report (tutanak) from the courier officer, refuse to accept the delivery, and contact us as soon as possible.

Please ensure the accuracy of your address information. Our company is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

During campaign periods or special occasions, delays in preparation and delivery times may occur due to high order volume. In such cases, necessary announcements will be made on our website.
